We treat the information families share with the same care we’d want for our own. This explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address, used to sign in and to contact you about your memorial.
• Memorial content — the names, dates, life story, photos, service details, and memories you and your guests add.
• Basic technical data — standard logs and a short-lived, hashed record of recent activity used to limit spam and abuse.
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.

How we use it

To create, host, translate, moderate, and care for your memorial; to process payments and any printed keepsakes you order; and to keep the Service safe. The AI features (safety review, translation, the help guide, and the optional avatar) process the text and images involved only to provide those features.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your information, and we do not show advertising. We do not use your memorial content to train outside advertising profiles.

Sharing

We share data only with the trusted providers needed to run the Service — hosting and AI (Cloudflare), payments, and the print/delivery partners for any keepsakes you order — and only as needed to do their part. Anything you choose to publish on a memorial is, of course, visible to its visitors.

Keeping & removing

We keep your memorial for as long as it is active (and any care plan is in place). You can ask us to export or delete your memorial and account data at any time, and we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records for legal or payment reasons.
